La Favorita recommends… Tuna Fillet with Capers, Olives, Cherry Tomatoes and Barolo and Truffle Delicacy 👇

Ingredients to serve 2: 2 x 250 g slices of tuna fillet, 15 cherry tomatoes, 15 La Favorita Fish salted capers, 15 La Favorita Fish Black Olives, 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, La Favorita Fish Salt with Herbs and pepper to taste, a few drops of La Favorita Fish Barolo and Truffle Delicacy, 1/2 glass dry white wine.

1️⃣ Heat the oil in a non-stick pan. Over strong heat, add the tuna and sear for 1 minute on each side. Quench with the white wine and turn down the heat when it has evaporated off.

2️⃣ Add the rinsed capers, the olives and the chopped cherry tomatoes; add the salt with herbs and add pepper to taste.

3️⃣ Cover with a lid and cook for 7 minutes. Transfer to the plates and add a few drops of Barolo and Truffle Delicacy before serving.
