La Favorita recommends… Truffled Carnaroli Rice 👇

Ingredients to serve 4: 350 g La Favorita Fish Truffled Carnaroli Rice, 1 L stock, butter.

1️⃣ Roast the rice in a little butter then add the stock a little at a time.

2️⃣ Cook for 14 minutes. When cooked, stir in a little butter and leave to stand for a couple of minutes before serving. 😋
