La Favorita recommends… Truffle Pesto puffs 👇

Ingredients to serve 4: 250 g puff pastry, 130 g La Favorita Fish Basil Pesto with Truffle.

1️⃣ Roll out the puff pastry. Coat the surface of the puff pastry with La Favorita Fish Truffle Pesto, spreading it with the back of a spoon.

2️⃣ Roll both ends in towards the middle, press them together with your hands and cut the roll produced into slices a couple of centimetres thick.

3️⃣ Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and place the puffs on them, leaving plenty of space between them. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes.
