Ingredients to serve 4: 360 g Trofie pasta, 200 g potatoes, 200 g French beans, 130 g La Favorita Fish Basil Pesto with “Basilico Genovese DOP” basil, “Pecorino Romano DOP” cheese.

1️⃣ Boil the diced potatoes and trimmed beans in plenty of boiling water. When they have cooked for 5 minutes, add the pasta.

2️⃣ When the pasta is cooked, drain it and the vegetables together and season in a tureen with the pesto diluted with a couple of tablespoons of the cooking water.

3️⃣ Serve with a sprinkling of “Pecorino Romano DOP” cheese (halved date tomatoes can also be added at the end if liked). 😋
