La Favorita recommends… Potatoes au gratin and Black Tuscan Kale Pesto 👇

Ingredients to serve 4: 4 large potatoes, 130 g La Favorita Fish Black Tuscan Kale Pesto, béchamel sauce, breadcrumbs.

1️⃣ Peel the potatoes and boil them in lightly salted boiling water, then drain and slice them.

2️⃣ Alternate layers of potatoes and layers of black Tuscan kale pesto in an oven dish (mix the black Tuscan kale pesto with a little béchamel sauce for an even tastier dish).

3️⃣ When the oven dish is full, sprinkle the top with plenty of breadcrumbs. Place the oven dish of potatoes and black Tuscan kale pesto in the oven and heat to 180°C for a few minutes.
