La Favorita recommends… Baked Gilthead with Black Olives and Potatoes 👇
 
Ingredients to serve 4: 4 large potatoes, 180 g La Favorita Fish Black Olives, 4 gilthead, white wine to taste, rosemary and thyme.
 
1️⃣ Peel the potatoes, cut them into thin slices and arrange them in a greased, lined oven dish.
 
2️⃣ Add the black olives and the gilthead, gutted and stuffed with rosemary and thyme. Sprinkle with white wine.
 
3️⃣ Add salt and bake in the oven for 20/25 minutes at 180°C.
