Peach cream with 'Amaretti' cookies.

This typical desert derived from an old country tradition is also called, in local dialect, 'Persi Pien' and is, of all the Piedmont deserts, a real classic sweet.

It is made from peaches, 'Amaretti' cookies and cocoa. It is very good alone, but can equally be used with cakes and ice creams.
