Typically tasty Italian sauces. Excellent seasoning for stuffed pasta (ravioli, pansotti), egg tagliatelle and egg pappardelle.

Cooking recommendations for 5 people: bring to the boil at least 4 litres salted water and add 250g tagliatelle or egg pappardelle or any short egg pasta format by “Favorita Fish” (malvine or riccioli). Cook the pasta for the time specified on the pack, strain it well and add the wild boar sauce, Bolognese or Amatriciana sauce, or Artichoke and Olive tomato sauce.
