Our chutneys (fruit jellies) derive from traditional old Piedmont recipes which, up till the Second World War, were eaten together with “polenta”, a typical family dish in Piedmont.
The recipe is based on simple, easy-to-find raw ingredients such as grape 'must' and apples.
Our production technique uses natural basic materials to maintain the tradition of the original recipes.
Slow cooking is employed to achieve the perfect density and thanks to the medium temperatures used, our chutneys retain their flavour, providing the pleasant taste and smell of a “fresh” product .

Chutneys are now one of the trends in modern cooking and couple perfectly with cheese.

Available in the 100 gr. glass jar size
