The Castelmagno DOP is a typical well matured cheese produced in a small valley of Cuneo, characterized by a fullness and intensity of taste.

Cooking recommendations:
Bring a large amount of salted water to boil in a pan and cook the tagliatelle for just 3/4 minutes.
Drain and season with just a knob of butter to appreciate the cheese taste at its best.
