The Gault Millau Magazine Recognition

The famous French Magazine "Gault Millau Magazine" selected the best 12 "Tapenade" (typical Mediterranean sauce black olive-based product).

The jury, reunited at the renowned restaurant "Au Petit Riche" in Paris, made a list and the Favorita Fish black olive cream was placed first with the following appreciation:

"Dark look, genuine olive taste, salt and fruit well balanced. Fine and oily texture."
